Young lawyers’ views on court dress sought

The Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association has launched a survey on young lawyers’ views of the recent practice note affecting court dress in the Outer House.
All junior lawyers and advocates are encouraged to participate in this anonymous survey, the results of which will be published in the coming months.
