Construction Solicitor / Associate


DWF LLP is now seeking to recruit a talented Solicitor/Associate with 2 years + PQE experience of non-contentious construction and engineering matters. This is an exciting opportunity in our expanding UK Construction & Infrastructure team. Ideally Edinburgh or Glasgow based, but working with colleagues and clients on matters across the UK.

We can offer access to high-quality work from clients operating across a variety of sectors, including hospitality, housing, education, student accommodation, utilities, energy and infrastructure

Applicants should have experience of drafting and negotiating construction contracts, appointments and related documentation, and reviewing and reporting to clients on these types of documents. We are seeking confident candidates with good presentation and client handling skills and a commitment to excellence in client delivery.

Applicants should also be willing to contribute to the professional development and know-how of the UK Construction & Infrastructure team and participate in training internally and also to clients.

Although the role is predominantly a non-contentious one, we can offer a successful candidate with contentious experience some continued exposure to this type of work.
