Employment Law Solicitor


Following continued growth and significant client acquisition, Navigator is seeking an additional permanent employment law solicitor.


Since our launch in 2011, we have developed a real market presence and in some sectors an immediate and sustained leading edge where our clients now see us as offering unique employment law and health & safety support services.

Our clients include Scotland’s largest independent accountancy practice, Europe’s largest independent school and one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers.


We are seeking a talented employment lawyer to fulfil the role of Legal Manager. Reporting directly to our Head of Employment Law, the Legal Manager role will be responsible for the delivery of key tasks:-

  • Provision of Employment Law Advice
  • Management of Client Relationships
  • Creation of Technical Content for Articles & Events
  • Preparation for Employment Tribunal


Unlike our traditional competitors, we do not employ any trainees; our clients expect to deal only with legally qualified staff at the height of their game.

Our successful candidate is likely to be newly qualified or one year PQE. While the role would ideally be full time, we would be delighted to consider applications from candidates who would prefer alternative working patterns.
