Account Manager/BDM
As an Account Manager / BDM with Millar & Bryce / Landmark Scotland you are required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting appropriate solutions and services to Customers.
As part of the role, you will also be required to prospect for new Customers by networking, relationship-building or other means of generating interest from potential prospects. You must then plan persuasive approaches and presentations that will convince potential Customers to do business with Millar & Bryce and/or our growing portfolio of products and services from Landmark Scotland.
Specifically, whilst the Business Development Managers will be able to work with customer contacts across all touch points with Millar & Bryce, to support Landmark Scotland growth there will be a need to work with other customer segments (Estate Agents, Surveyors) providing professional services into the property market in Scotland.
About You
You will already have a professional services background in sales and account management or could potentially be a commercially focused Lawyer or Paralegal seeking a different challenge within the land and property sector. Exceptional negotiating and influencing/persuading skills are a must.
