Associates, Senior Associates, Solicitors and Executry Paralegals - Private Client

Due to an unprecedented increase in workload, we are seeking to appoint all levels of experienced Private Client Solicitors and Executry Paralegals, including those at Associate or Senior Associate level to work as part of our Private Client department, based at Albyn Place.

Ideally we require candidates with experience in all manner of Private Client transactions, including but not limited to:-

Wills, Trusts, Executry Estates, Power of Attorney, Tax and Wealth Planning, and Asset Protection.

Hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09h00 to 17h15 (1 ¼ hour lunch).  May be flexible.

Qualifications & Experience

​Previous experience as a Private Client Solicitor qualified in Scots Law, or Executry
​Paralegal required.
The successful candidates should have a kind and understanding disposition, excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and an ability to prioritise workload accordingly.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems desirable.
