Commercial Contracts Solicitor
We’re looking to hire an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor to deal with a wide range of commercial contract matters for the Company. This is an office based role that will involve working from our Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow.

Hours
Full time: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
About the role
As a Company Commercial Contracts Solicitor at Arnold Clark, you will deal with and advise upon a wide range of commercial contract matters. . You will also be expected to negotiate commercial terms on behalf of the Company and incorporate those terms into written contracts.
We’re looking for someone with around 5 years of post-qualified experience, who is qualified in Scotland or England or is dual qualified. You’ll have excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Day-to-day duties
• Reviewing and advising the Company on a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Negotiating commercial terms.
• Drafting and revising commercial contracts.
• Ensuring Company compliance with regulatory matters.
Essential skills and experience
• 5 years’ post-qualified experience
• Scottish, English or dual qualified
• Very strong oral and written communication and influencing skills
• Good commercial awareness.
• Excellent drafting skills
• Experience in data protection regulations
• Able to work independently
