Commercial Property Solicitor Associate / Partner level

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Solicitor, to work as part of our Commercial Department, based at our Head Office in Aberdeen. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a team servicing high value clients across Scotland.
We require a candidate with experience in all manner of commercial property transactions, including but not limited to:-
The sale and purchases of commercial properties;
Standard security and related funding agreements;
Property and development work – acquisition of land for both residential and commercial developers.

Hours
35 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays from 09h00 to 17h15 inclusive of a 1 ¼ hour lunch break.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must be qualified in Scots Law.
Previous experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor essential.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good work ethic and the ability to prioritise their workload.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems desirable.
