Our busy and ambitious commercial property department is expanding to meet client demand and market opportunities. We are therefore looking to grow the team by recruiting (ideally) a full-time NQ- 2 years’ PQE assistant and a full-time 2-4 years PQE assistant, although the successful candidate(s) will be the “best fit”, so other levels of experience will happily be considered.

Our clients include landlords, tenants, lenders, buyers, sellers, investors, developers and property compensation agents. The work would involve commercial sales, purchases, leases, lease management, investment, development, funding, bulk servitudes and other work as the business requires. We are looking for enthusiastic and interested individuals who will not only help deliver these services, but who will also proactively look for opportunities to build on and improve our services and help us develop both the department and the firm.
