Are you considering the next step in your career? Our successful Commercial Real Estate team is expanding across Scotland, and we are looking for talented Solicitors to join us in Dundee, Glasgow, and Edinburgh at all levels, from NQ to Associate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established, highly regarded team, working on a diverse range of exciting and high-quality projects across Scotland and the UK. We work with some of the most prestigious clients in the industry, including developers, investors, lenders, public institutions, hospitality and retail clients, banks, and landowners.

As a member of our Commercial Real Estate team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of transactions, including:

• Acquisitions & Disposals: Advising clients on the purchase and sale of commercial properties, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
• Investment & Development: Supporting clients through complex development projects, from planning and financing to construction and sale.
• Commercial Leasing & Asset Management: Managing leases and property portfolios, offering strategic advice to maximize value.
• Property Finance: Structuring and negotiating finance arrangements for commercial property transactions, working closely with lenders and borrowers.
• Whether you’re looking to build broad experience or focus on a particular area of commercial real estate law, we offer an environment where you can thrive and develop your expertise. The work is diverse, challenging, and impactful – ideal for solicitors at all levels.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking Commercial Real Estate Solicitors from NQ to around 6 years PQE (though candidates with varying levels of experience are welcome to apply).
Key attributes include:

• Commercial Real Estate Experience: A solid background in commercial real estate law is essential, though we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience.
• Client-Focused and Proactive: You will need to put clients’ needs at the forefront and deliver exceptional service while staying proactive in your approach.
• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues will be key, as will your ability to negotiate successful outcomes.
• Team Player: While independent working is important, you’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive team environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged.
