Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Our leading Commercial Real Estate team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Solicitor or Associate to join us in Edinburgh. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions with some of the most prestigious clients in the industry, including developers, investors, lenders, public institutions, and major corporate occupiers across Scotland and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Advisory & Transactional Expertise: Provide high-level legal and strategic advice on the acquisition, disposal, and development of high-value commercial properties.
• Investment & Development: Lead on complex investment and development projects, guiding clients through planning, financing, construction, and sale processes.
• Commercial Leasing & Asset Management: Advise institutional and private clients on portfolio management, lease structuring, and asset optimisation.
• Property Finance: Structure and negotiate complex finance arrangements, working closely with lenders, borrowers, and investors.
• Major Clients & Deals: Work with national and international clients on high value transactions, ensuring exceptional service and commercial outcomes.

• Commercial Real Estate Experience: A solid background in commercial real estate law is essential.
