Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to manage their own busy caseload and build strong client relationships in a collaborative and supportive environment.

As an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions. The scope of this role will include:
• Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, new build matters, and title transfers.
• Meeting clients and guiding them through the entire conveyancing process, providing clear, practical advice.
• Liaising with third parties such as solicitors, banks, and other relevant professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Managing all stages of the transaction, from initial instruction to completion, ensuring all deadlines and legal requirements are met.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professionals in the property sector.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to ensure a seamless service to clients.
What we’re looking for
• An experienced Conveyancing Paralegal who can confidently handle a busy caseload and manage all aspects of residential property transactions independently.
• A client-focused professional who enjoys dealing with client and is dedicated to providing excellent service.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a drive to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Previous experience in a conveyancing environment is essential.
