Conveyancing Solicitor / Paralegal
We have a vacancy for an experienced conveyancing solicitor and a paralegal to join our team.
Where: We are based in Livingston West Lothian.
The work type: We are looking for an experienced conveyancing solicitor with an unrestricted practising certificate and an experienced conveyancing paralegal.
We are a small firm carrying out a range of range of general legal work including residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial leasing, executries, Wills and Powers of Attorney.
We are willing to consider levels of experience, from 1 to 2 years qualified to highly experienced candidates. We are also happy to consider part time working for the right applicants for both the solicitor and paralegal roles.
We offer a friendly working environment in a small open plan office. The successful candidates will be required to work in person from our office in Livingston.
You must have an enthusiastic approach and be able to demonstrate that you have the necessary experience that the roles require. Ideally as a solicitor you will have a broad based general legal background with some years of conveyancing experience and as a paralegal you will have a number of years experience in conveyancing.
The salary for each post will be commensurate with experience and for part time will be pro rata.
