Conveyancing Solicitor/Experienced Paralegal

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or experience Paralegal, for our busy new Broxburn office.
The successful candidate should be capable of managing their own caseload, liaising directly with clients and seeing through a conveyancing transaction from the outset to conclusion.
THE FIRM
W&AS Bruce was established in the early 1980’s. Over a number of years, we have increased the number of branches, with offices now located in Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Dundee, Broxburn and Burntisland. Our main Dunfermline office is located at 80 St. Margaret Street, Dunfermline. We have many long-standing employees, who have enjoyed working with the firm over decades. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We deal with a considerable volume of house purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of titles. We pride ourselves on client care and any candidate should be friendly, approachable, a self-starter and willing to work as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be at least 3yrs +PQE, able to build relationships and seek new business opportunities, therefore being highly motivated and driven is necessary. This role will offer long-term career progression for the right candidate.
We are a firm undertaking high-volume residential conveyancing, consisting of sales/purchases, transfers of title, as well as commercial transactions including commercial leases. Commercial Conveyancing and Private Client experience is advantageous but not essential.
