Our Personal Legal Services practice is growing and we are looking for experienced family lawyers across Scotland to join our successful family law team.
We’re there to help clients when life doesn’t go to plan, experiencing a stressful period in their lives, or adding to their family. Our solicitors treat every case with empathy, respect and taking the time to understand what is important to the client, striving to deliver the best possible outcome.
Our specialists deliver a complete range of family law services to private individuals and families including separation, financial provision on divorce/dissolution, child contact and residence disputes, international child abduction and relocation, modern families, cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements.

We have roles that can be hybrid with the office base in either Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness, or Elgin.
Your role
The successful candidate will:
• Have experience of working in the areas of financial provision and child law.
• Have experience of Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
• Be able to demonstrate an interest in, and enthusiasm for, Family Law.
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Have excellent client handling skills.
• Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Be well-organised with strong administration and time management skills and the ability and drive to meet deadlines.
