Investment Banking lawyer – Debt Capital Markets

Join us as an Investment Banking lawyer – Debt Capital Markets at Barclays where you will provide legal support as part of the Investment Banking Legal team serving the EMEA region with a particular focus on our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) businesses. This will entail providing legal and regulatory support on a variety of transactional and non-transactional matters.

Key skills required for this role include:

• Qualified lawyer in UK or other common law jurisdiction (other jurisdictions may be considered
  too).
• Strong knowledge and established experience of Debt Capital Markets.
• Experience gained in either private practice or in-house in a Debt Capital Markets legal team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, shares knowledge proactively, works effectively as
  a part of a team.

• Ability to be effective in a fast-paced, complex and multi-dimensional environment.
• Ability to adapt and be comfortable working across different levels of the organisation.

This role will be based in our new state-of-the-art Campus, right in the heart of Glasgow and is a hub of creative collaboration.
