Motor Insurance Litigation Solicitors/Paralegals

HF Scotland is a dynamic and fast-growing team. Due to increased growth, we are looking to recruit for a number of positions from Solicitors and Paralegals/Litigation Executives! We have teams based in Glasgow and Edinburgh who work on a hybrid basis and enjoy working flexibly. Where our offices are out of reach permanent remote positions available for self-sufficient and motor insurance experienced solicitors!

Our roles will involve competently deal with a varied high volume case load of files within our case management system including recoveries, motor, counter fraud, and credit hire matters.

What do I need?

  • Previous experience within a similar role handling a full case load of pre-litigated and litigated defender and or recoveries matters.
  • Experience in third party claims handling and confident in dealing with high volume work.  Experience of handling litigated claims from start to finish preferred but not essential.  Advocacy support available from in house solicitors and solicitor advocates for non-qualified applicants.
