Property Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor with a background in residential conveyancing to join our expert team. We seek a conveyancer experienced in sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of title. While the role will involve mainly residential property, we would welcome applications from candidates with a background in either rural or commercial property work, who are keen to extend their expertise.

Key Accountabilities

Managing a varied and select caseload within residential conveyancing

• Able to deliver a high volume of cases to a high standard
• Providing excellent client relationship management
• Meeting the standard requirements for compliance and risk management

Requirements

· Minimum of PQE 2 years or strong background in residential property law
· Able to work independently or as part of a team
· Drafting legal documentation
· Confident using case management systems
· Excellent file management
