In this key role, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions across Fife. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all aspects of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, new build matters, re-mortgages, and title transfers.
• Managing a full portfolio of transactions, ensuring each case is handled with the highest level of care and attention.
• Collaborating with third parties such as other solicitors, banks, and business professionals to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Identifying opportunities for business development and expanding the firm’s reach in the Fife area.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external agents.
• Building relationships with, and supporting other colleagues across the firm.
• Opportunities for career development, professional growth, and progression.
• With offices in Anstruther, Cupar, and St Andrews, you’ll have the flexibility to work from a location that suits you, with some travel to our other offices as needed.

What we’re looking for

• A qualified Residential Property Lawyer with solid experience handling a varied caseload in a busy environment.
• We are open to someone who is at an early stage of their career or someone more experienced – for us it’s more important that you are commercially aware and driven, with a passion for delivering excellent outcomes for clients and building strong relationships.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage your time and workload efficiently.
• A proactive and client-focused approach with a drive to identify opportunities for growth and business development.
