What to expect
Our Residential Property team is known for its deep expertise and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. As we continue to expand our presence in Glasgow, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Residential Property Lawyer to play a key role in growing our residential property practice in the region.
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing a busy caseload across all aspects of residential property, including purchase, sale, new build transactions, re-mortgages, and title transfers.
• Working closely with our existing team, while proactively identifying new business opportunities and forging strong client relationships.
• Taking an active role in business development, driving client growth in the Glasgow market and enhancing our firm’s reputation in the region.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, referrers, and other business professionals.
• Collaborating across departments to maximise cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the firm’s overall growth.
