Solicitor/Experienced Paralegal
Minster Law Scotland are recruiting! Since the arrival of our personal injury law firm in Glasgow we are delighted to announce an opportunity has arisen for a solicitor or an experienced paralegal to join our team.

What you’ll be working on
You will handle your own portfolio of pursuer injury claims both pre-litigation and litigated. You will have a strong focus to generate fee income and contribute to the general success of the team.
Day-to-day
• Delivering excellent client care to our clients who have suffered from a traumatic and life changing event.
• Instructions and meetings with clients and expert witnesses.
• Analysis of evidence and research of legal issues on liability, causation, and quantum.
• Drafting documents including statements, pleadings, and all court documents.
• Securing early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation.
• Optimising your client’s settlement.
You should apply if
• You have excellent communication skills including negotiation and objection handling.
• You can work with various software systems, case management systems and have good knowledge of Excel and Word.
• You have good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• You’re confident developing your professional profile and that of Minster Law Scotland within the personal injury field.
