Dallas McMillan Solicitors wish to recruit a trainee for their award-winning employment law team with the Traineeship commencing in 2025. Dallas McMillan were awarded Employment and Pensions Team of the Year at The Herald Law Awards of Scotland 2024.

In the last five years, we have significantly increased the number of Trainees we take on and, at present, have a total of seven Trainees across all departments in the firm with another two due to commence in 2024. We take great pride in both the training we offer and in our retention rate once the Traineeships have come to an end.

The entire Traineeship will be spent within the employment law team and so candidates should have a keen interest in this area. Candidates will have exposure to a variety of cases including both group claims and individual claims and will be expected to work as part of a team for large group claims while at the same time working autonomously with their own caseload.
