Craig Donnelly has joined Holmes Mackillop as a senior associate. He joins the firm after five years at Brodies, where he was part of its debt and asset recovery team.

Private client solicitor Ross Brown has joined Holmes Mackillop Solicitors as a director. Mr Brown, a member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners, has expertise in inheritance tax and business succession planning.

Holmes Mackillop has announced the promotion of Sarah Sheldon and Philip Symon to associate. Ms Sheldon continues to work in the property department in Johnstone and Mr Symon in the litigation department in Glasgow.

Holmes Mackillop has announced the appointment of Ralph Riddiough and Michelle Rae to the firm's corporate team in Glasgow. Mr Riddiough brings over 20 years' experience in mainstream corporate transactional work gained in private practice in Edinburgh, Glasgow and latterly in Ayrshire.
