Lord Minginish

A reception has been held at the Scottish Land Court to mark the donation by Lord Gill of his agricultural law library to the court. Even in retirement, Lord Gill remains the foremost authority on agricultural law in Scotland, with his magisterial work on the subject now in its fourth edition.
