Royal Society Of Edinburgh

Legal figures are among the 2024 cohort of fellows announced by the Royal Society of Edinburgh (RSE). Of the 57 new fellows, four are from the law.

Professor Lorne Crerar CBE has been elected a fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh (RSE). The 2021 fellows will join the RSE’s current roll of around 1,600 leading thinkers and practitioners from Scotland and beyond, whose work has a significant impact on our nation.

The Lord President, the Lord Lyon and a constitutional law expert are among the newest fellows of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. The 2020 fellows "comprise leading thinkers and experts from Scotland and around the world".
